No, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you create an account to start adding pieces to your Wishlist and make quicker orders, but, you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

If you’re a customer outside of the USA, U.K. and EU there might be import taxes and duties within your own country, for which you are responsible. Up to this moment we have not been informed by our global list of clients for import taxes on goods purchased at Jollia. However, for further information, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office. Jollia is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Yes, we offer 14-day returns and exchanges as long as the item is still in its original condition. For more info please visit Returns and Refunds.
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also use the tracking number to see when we have received it. Please allow 3-5 business days after receival for our team to process your return.
Yes, mistakes happen and you can change your order up to 24 hours after your mail order confirmation at hello@jolliaworld.com.
We aim to refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned item after we have processed and confirmed it’s condition.
