Measuring yourself

1. Bust

Measure around the back, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust. The tape measure should be flat against your body, and straight across your back. 

2. Waist

Measure around the narrowest point of your natural waistline with the tape measure flat against your body and snug but not too tight. 

3. Hips

Measure over the fullest part of your hips.
