Sometimes an item doesn’t fit you or just doesn’t work for you. Don’t worry, it happens. We accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is still in its original condition. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with Jollia) if an item isn’t returned in original condition


Mistakes happen and if you’d like to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can cancel the order while your order status is in “in process”. You will know that your status is in process from the confirmation order mail you will have received from us. Simply contact our Customer care help desk at hello@jolliaworld.com

Delivery costs and proof of postage

We would recommend that you use the carrier service (DHL and DHL Express) that we used initially to get your order. You will be responsible for the cost and we strongly recommend you get proof of postage and a tracking number. If you have any questions how to do that, please contact us at: hello@jolliaworld.com. We’d be happy to assist you with your return. If you choose another method, we are afraid we cannot guarantee refund of your purchase.
Please note: Your Order Number must be clearly marked on the front of your returned parcel. If our warehouse cannot identify this number on the outside of your return it may be returned to you (at your cost).

Keep it clean and in original condition

Of course, it’s fine to try an item on, but please don’t actually wear it. All items are inspected on return. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or without original packaging and tags, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note that it might take up to 10 working days for the funds to be received back into your account.
